This role will be under APAC TD CoE Learning Operations team to ensure timely and efficient implementation of annual training plan in the context of our HR Transformation.

Responsiblities will include working closely with the team Learning Managers to co
- design, and then to handle adminsitration of the whole process from registration to evaluation, liaising with internal and external training providers, organizing in-house trainings (virtual or face to face), supporting training payment process, ensuring all training records are recorded in MyHR Learning System (Workday), and handling Intelex Training & Qualification tickets.

Duties & Accountabilities

Talent Development Center of Excellence Support

  • Complete service requests from APAC TD CoE team in an accurate and timely manner
  • Work with APAC TD CoE team to identify and implement streamlining opportunities and possibilities
  • Ensure timely implementation of annual training plan including managing the whole process from registration to evaluation, liaising with internal and external training providers, organizing inhouse trainings (virtual or face to face), supporting training payment process, ensuring all training records are recorded in MyHR Learning System
  • Manage and provide user support for MyHR Learning System and Intelex T&Q.
Talent Development Center of Excellence Transition

Support transition activities of Talent Development Center of Excellence which includes the following but not limited to:

  • Transition activities across APAC ensuring compliance to standardized processes as well as statutory regulations.
  • Support the enhancement and implementation of MyHR learning system and other supporting tools and technologies
  • Support the implementation of Intelex T&Q system and provide user support.
  • Support key training implementation activities for a successful transition to the shared service center.

Are you a MATCH?:

  • 2 to 4 years experience in a HR services environment. Experience in HR shared services is added advantage.
  • Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Comfortable working in fastpaced environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English, especially written skills. Fluent Chinese required. EIther Japanese or Korean would be a plus.
  • Strong active listening skills, customer focus and adaptability to work with different personality types.
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
  • IT savvy and resourceful on leveraging various tools (knowledge management, document management, HR systems) to obtain required information to resolve queries and issues.
  • Knowledge and skill in the use of Google suite of software / Workday / ServiceNow / 3CX / Intelex Training & Qualification.
