Job Requirements:

  • Minimum requirement: Diploma or LCCI Certificate
  • Experience: At least 1 year in similar roles
  • Skills: Strong computer skills and proficiency in IT
  • Language: Mandarin fluency (required for communication with Chinese suppliers/customers)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Check and respond to daily messages promptly
  • Prepare statutory accounts
  • Ensure accuracy of payments and records
  • Use spreadsheets and ledgers for sales and purchases
  • Record and file cash transactions
  • Manage credit and follow up on debts
  • Process invoices and maintain records
  • Handle expense requests for accountant approval
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Communicate with thirdparty providers, clients, and suppliers
  • Update and maintain procedural documentation

Salary:
RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
