  • Answer vendor phone calls and assist with ordering as needed.
  • Actively work with vendors, and management as needed.
  • Performs the initial processing of Accounts Payable and maintain the PO log.
  • Prepare reports as needed and file/record the reports as required.
  • Negotiate with vendors for better pricing and terms.
  • Actively search for and develop stronger vendor relationships.
  • Inventory purchasing, tracking and distribution.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects and deadlines consistently and accurately.
  • Assigning invoices to applicable cost centers and maintaining record of purchases.

Job Requirement:

  • At least 2 years' experience as clerk.
  • Applicants must be able to work at Serendah.
