RESPONSIBILITIES:

Technical Support:

  • Provide firstlevel technical support to endusers for hardware, software, and networkrelated issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner.

System Administration:

  • Document incidents and solutions in a ticketing system.
  • Assist in the maintenance and administration of IT systems, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
  • Perform regular system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Monitor system performance and address any anomalies.

Network Management:

  • Support the configuration and maintenance of local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).
  • Assist in the implementation and management of network security measures, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems.

Software Management:

  • Support software deployment and manage licenses.

IT Projects:

  • Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
  • Collaborate with team members on project planning and execution.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and procedures.
  • Generate reports on IT performance metrics and user feedback.

Training and Support:

  • Provide training and guidance to endusers on IT systems and best practices.
  • Assist in the development of user manuals and training materials.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science or any related fields
  • Fresh graduate or Entry-Level.
  • Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools and practices.
  • Know basic Programming.

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 4 months

Pay:
RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
