Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organisation

  • Installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network
systems

  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
  • Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components
  • Maintaining and updating technical documentation and IT asset

Participate in internal IT projects, upgrades, and implementations

  • Managing permission to shared folder/files.
  • Setting up new user accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
  • Perform planned maintenance, updates and backups on all IT assets.
  • Liaise with third party vendor to unsure all system organization in the good condition
  • Testing new hardware and software before fullscale installation

Job Type:
Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
