  • Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of IT systems to support the company's retail operations.
  • Troubleshoots information technologyrelated issues for both hardware and software
  • Coordinates the setup of data services, computers, and printer installation.
  • Provide technical support to retail staff and HQ staff, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.
  • Make sure servers running smoothly and unusual behaviour
  • ITMS ticketing system, attend to cases, ensure completeness of the ticket.
  • Ensure data consistency and accuracy across different systems and platforms.
  • Develop and implement strategies for business continuity and disaster recovery to minimize downtime and data loss in case of IT system failures.

; Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT roles within the retail industry, with a solid understanding of retail systems and processes.
  • Minimum Degree in Informational Technology/Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
