GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY:

  • Working closely with immediate superior to ensure that the departmental /section objectives in term of safety, quality, delivery and cost can be carried out effectively and efficiently.
  • Immediately inform/discuss with your immediate superior if you face any problem that required attention that related to the departmental function and job responsibilities.
  • To follow all legitimate instruction of your immediate superior accordingly. To discuss any arising problem openly and wisely if there are any differences in opinions.
  • You are responsible to ensure that your working area is always clean, tidy and safe.
  • Do not take any drastic action without consulting your superior that could result in loss or danger to self, property or others.
  • To make sure that all rules and regulations pertaining work, productivity and quality are strictly adhered to.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY:

  • Supervise all activities in store area (Incoming area and Outgoing area).
  • To liaise closely with Sales Department in daily Delivery Order. To make sure all delivery instructions are adhered in term of quantity and conditions.
  • To liaise closely with Production Department in daily Packing List, to make sure all finished goods are adhered to WOS and packing standards.
  • To assure issuing material activities to production is carried out properly and checked the record book is properly updated.
  • To plan manpower and overtime in it's area.
  • To assure all employees are strictly following safety regulations, handling with correct safe methods.
  • To monitor closely on repacking process and to make sure that it is carried out according to WOS instructions.
  • To work closely with QA Department, to make sure all necessary incoming materials consumable and direct material) was inspected by QC before it is unloaded from the lorry.
  • To check any discrepancies in weight, items and other details and solve any problems before final delivery.
