Customer Service Coordinator

- Mengendalikan tempahan, pertanyaan dan aduan mengenai konsainan penghantaran (pengangkutan udara, pengangkutan laut)
- Bertanggungjawab untuk pengendalian penghantaran pelanggan dengan cepat dan tepat.
- Pastikan data dimaukkan dalam sistem komputer maklumat dan dokumentasi adalah betul
- Menghantar emel pra-makluman penghantaran kepada pelanggan
**Keperluan**:
- Pemegang diploma dalam mana-mana disiplin
- Calon yang mempunyai pengalaman berkaitan dalam penghantaran logistik digalakkan untuk memohon
- Minimum 1 tahun pengalaman dalam kapasiti yang sama. Walau bagaimanapun, graduan baru digalakkan untuk memohon kerana latihan kerja akan disediakan
- Mahir lisan dan bertulis dalam Bahasa Malaysia dan Bahasa Inggeris
