Hiring -Customer Service cum Admin (Minimum 2 year experience in Service Center)

Location:
No 8A, Jalan Medan Ipoh 1D,Taman Ipoh Timur, 31400 Ipoh, Perak

Working Hour - 10am to 7pm (Monday to Friday)
Off Day -Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday

Job Responsibilities (Multi-Task)

  • Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties
  • Generating and compiling of quotation and invoice to customer
  • Perform cashiering duties such as payment collections.
  • Handle inventory task for manage control of sparepart and packing return & receive

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Working Attendance for priority:

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for customer service
  • Self-Discipline
  • Preferably with experience in Customer Service + Inventory industry.

Pay:
RM1, RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Experience:

  • Customer service: 2 years (required)
  • Administrative: 1 year (required)
