Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our front desk operations run smoothly, and you will play a crucial role in managing various administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walkin customers, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
  • Handle all visitors & incoming calls, record inquiries and messages.
  • Assist on social media postings, ecommerce
  • Receive, sort & distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor system portal.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception and common areas.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide support and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with common software like Microsoft Office. (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Able to work independently.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
