Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support to employees by responding to incidents and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Act as the first point of contact for Service Desk support and assist Level II technicians with more complex tickets.
  3. Provide troubleshooting and support for Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and a wide variety of third-party applications.
  4. Troubleshoot and support PCs, laptops, peripherals, and network devices.
  5. Leverage Level 2 teammates for troubleshooting and procedural support.
  6. Build and distribute application deployments.
  7. Develop, maintain, and provide documentation for internal procedures and user guides.
  8. Perform other IT duties as assigned and support the team by being highly collaborative.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field and good IT skills.
  2. Experience with Lotus Notes applications, such as database and workflow management.
  3. Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems troubleshooting skills.
  4. Microsoft Office applications troubleshooting, including Office 365.
  5. Network, printer, mobile, and computer hardware troubleshooting skills.
  6. Strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and desire to continue learning and growing beyond the current role.
  7. Experience using ServiceNow or any other ITSM solution and fluent English.
