Customer Service Officer

Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our front desk operations run smoothly, and you will play a crucial role in managing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walkin customers, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
- Handle all visitors & incoming calls, record inquiries and messages.
- Receive, sort & distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor system portal.
- Assist manage ecommerce & social media platform
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception and common areas.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with team members to provide support and maintain a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
- Require language in simple English, Bahasa Melayu, and preferable chinese speaker.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Salary:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
