  • Responsible for safety orientation, safety training, job site inspections and reporting to Director.
  • Maintain awareness of amendments to the Occupational Health & Safety Act and Regulations, and make recommendations for their implementation.
  • To assist safety chairman in conducting the plan safety meeting and take necessary actions.
  • To maintain CHRA report and take necessary action when there is a change or new chemical used in the plant.
  • Lead and facilitate the development and implementation of costeffective programs and procedures that continuously increase overall awareness in safety and health to eliminate undesired incidents at the site.
  • To ensure immediate investigation is carried out when any incident or accident occurs to prevent occurrence
  • Conducting and reviewing safety inspections of all areas of the location disruptions to the business; mitigating risks that could affect the daytoday operations of a facility.
  • To participate in company activities pertaining to training, employee activity, fire fighting, safety and health.
  • Work as a team to achieve department KPI and overall company quality objectives.
  • Any other jobs as directed by Management.
  • Work with local management team to ensure local compliance with all applicable plant, company and governmental policies, procedures, regulations and legislation

RM3, RM5,500.00 per month
