Technical Support Executive

**Job Summary**:
- Provide professional technical support to sales partners and supporting departments.
- Inspects products, conducts tests, and collects data.
- Work closely and support regulatory department.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **1. Technical Administrating**_
- To provide and perform set of procedures and guidelines which are in line with company’s policies and objectives in related to integrated management system.
- To participate in regular meeting related to the tasked projects and technical issue resolution within the assigned time-line.
- To maintain and update the material master database in relate to technical documentation and product information, not limited to TDS, SDS, COA and HSE documentation and ensure its accurate & correctness.
- To ensure the daily incoming COA are correct and communicate with supplier if non-compliance occurred.
- To participate and work closely within department and cross functional departments in process improvement and identification of best practices recommendation and implementation thereof and ensure the participation within the budget assigned.
- **2. Technical Support
- Trouble shooting and problem solving**_
- To proficiently perform product troubleshooting and resolving technical problems related to product quality.
- To investigate and prepare an investigation report including of the root cause analysis, Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) in related to product quality/ technical issue.
- To monitor and evaluate/ review effectiveness of the assigned CAPA.
- **3. Technical Support - New Product/ Principal Product Development**_
- To work closely with sales partners to identify and recommend business opportunities in respect of new product and new customer.
- To attend trade show, exhibition and to assist in organizing a trade show if necessary.
- To participate in specific product development projects and with testing, evaluation and research information to recommend and promote the viability of new/ alternative products.
- To follow up closely together with co-team and relevant sales partners with potential customers on project status & sample testing and provide technical advice as required.
- To track, record and recommend the commercial viability of new/ alternative products launched.
- **4. Health & Safety**_
- Ensure that safe working practices are used and appropriate Health and Safety legislation adopted.
- Exercise responsibility for carrying out and adhering to the Health and Safety Policy and procedure.
- Report any non-compliance of safe working practices to the appropriate personnel (superior / Health or Safety officer).
**Qualifications**:
- At least a **Bachelor's Degree** in Chemistry, Chemistry Engineering or its equivalent.
- **Minimum of 3 years** of working experience in Chemicals Technical and related field.
- Intermediate level / **knowledge of SAP or other ERP system.**:
- Ability to **communicate in English and Mandarin.**:
- **Willing to travel** extensively as and when required.
- **Strong chemical technical knowledge.**:
- Well-informed **market and industries technology.**:
- Basic **knowledge of ISO procedure**, work instructions and guidelines.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
