**Nature and Scope of Job Duties & Routine Reports**

a) _**The essential job duties**:_

1. Pre-sales support including full range of company products, network technical solution, highlights proposal and etc.

2. Seek out, identify, develop and close business opportunities with clients.

3. Promote solutions and deliver formal technical proposals / presentations to clients.

4. Responsible for product solution designing and ensure the solution is competitive.

5. Identify clients requirements and coordinate with the sales team to ensure that the clients requirements are able to meet.

6. To handle clients inquiries and technical related issues.

7. Technical support including full range of company products, network technical solution, highlights proposal and etc.

8. Analyze, follow up and resolve any support inquiries from customers, partners, and colleagues.

9. Collaborate with the team and others to identify, troubleshoot and find resolutions for technical problems.

10. Engage with sales team and customers to identify customer requirements and pain points. Conduct thorough needs assessments, taking into account both technical and business objectives. Translate these requirements into tailored solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.

11. Conduct analysis/audit of customers relevant IT infrastructure to discover weaknesses, inadequacies, points of concern and pain points as and when required. Propose solutions to address the same.

12. Prepare technical proposals and presentation material to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.

13. Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales process, ensuring the successful implementation and integration of our products.

14. Provide customers with pre-sales technical support through comprehensive demonstrations and presentations across the entire sales process.

15. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing any technical concerns and providing ongoing support.

16. Assist sales team with qualification of opportunities by providing presales technical support.

17. Collaborate with the research and development team to gather customer feedback and contribute to the improvement of existing products and the development of new offerings.

18. Participate in conferences, shows, exhibitions when appropriate and requested.

19. To assist daily operational duties and perform any others ad-hoc accounting assignment as assigned by superior from time to time.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

- Sales Marketing: 3 years (preferred)
