Work experience:
At least 5 years experience in customer service, call centre, financial servces or related fields.
Professional & Interpersonal skills:
Ability to go beyond to deliver exceptional customer experience.
Excellent communication skillls coupled with good listening and critical thiking skills.
Intellectual curiousity, strong problem solving skills with a demonstrated record of success in both internal and external environment.
Ability to plan and prioritize
activities whilst maintaining accuracy and adhering to strict dealines.
Possess the values of integrity, passiom, respect and discipline.
Ability to work in a team as well as be independent.
Working knowledge in digital platform and CRM tools is a plus.
