Main

Responsibilities:

  • Handling and monitoring clients' deposits and withdrawals, making sure they are carried out as per relevant regulations and guidelines
  • Update the CRM and Platform systems with relevant information
  • Liaise with Back Office Manager for any issues
  • Handle any client requests/complaints and perform a timely investigation
  • Assisting Onboarding/Support in replying to client queries
  • Collaborate/Assist the Compliance and Risk Team regarding specific clients
  • Conciliating with customers and service providers on payment issues via different channels
  • Other adhoc duties as per management's request
  • Minimum 1year experience in a relevant position in the Finance industry will be considered an advantage
  • University / College Degree in Business / Economics / Finance or any relevant field
  • Experience in a client facing position will be considered an advantage
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Fluent verbal and written English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Ability to work in Sunday-Thursday (16:0000:00)
