To prepare shipping document for Export Shipments.

  • To ensure full set of shipping document to be ready within 7 working days.
  • To release shipping document to customer/bank upon received of an approved Document Release Form from Export Sales Manager.
  • To liaise with shipping line or freight forwarder to obtain Bill of Lading & resolve discrepancy if any.
  • To deal with government bodies when necessary.
  • Responsible for any other tasks as and when assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any related field of studies.
  • Preferably with 2 years of working experience in export documentation.
  • Hands on experience in Letter of Credit preparation.
  • Computer literate and well versed in use of Microsoft Excel.
  • Good communications skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage.

Pay:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
