We are currently looking to hire a Social Media Manager with 4+ year's brand experience to manage social networks for one of the known multinational drink and brewing client based on our client site.

This is a great opportunity for a level headed, strategic thinker, who has gravitas with a client.


The Social Media Manager will be responsible for owning, implementing and iteratively improving the clients Global social media strategy - including audience acquisition, Tone of Voice, original format development, content commissioning, planning, scheduling and optimisation.

You will provide strategic recommendations and input every step of the way from campaign, proposition and format development, channel and influencer selection, publishing plans, optimisation, paid amplification, measurement and evaluation.


The success of the role will rely on your ability to spot opportunities to help clients achieve their business ambitions.


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • A Social Media Manager will act as the liaison between an organization and its audience. They act as the voice, tone, and moderator of the brand through community support, content distribution, and digital engagement (across digital platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YT, Pinterest, Google) to build brand presence and trust, both online and inperson.
  • The job requires engaging audiences on a variety of outlets including online forums, social media platforms, inperson groups, and more to reach all audiences where they are. Since different digital spaces have unique cultures and best practices, community managers must be the consistent tone and voice of the brand.
  • As a Social Media Manager, all your messaging, content, and crisis management across networks should be prompt, consistent with your brand, and empathetic to create a loyal and delighted community. PR managing and extending a brand's audience. You will engage with all kinds of press both positive and negative
- generated.

  • Voice of consumer analysis
  • Prepare Analytical reports + make suggestions
  • Capture trending moments on the Internet and social channels
  • Adept with Influencer Marketing
  • Working closely with the team, you will be representing the voice of the consumer, monitoring conversations, posting content and managing the daily operations of various social challenges.
  • This is about engaging, building and proactively managing a positive social media community. You must bring a creative flair and excellent written skills within 140 characters.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE:

  • Social Media Savvy
  • knows how to build online communities, engage with customers
  • Must be familiar with any Response Management tool like Sprinklr, Social Studio, Social Bakers, and others
  • Should be strong in MS office skills (Excel, PPT, basic lookup, and advanced excel would be an added advantage)
  • Ability to create Content from reels, to snaps, google pages, LinkedIn page etc
  • Role requires a courteous, positive and highenergy individual with great people skills. We value hard work, and we want to have fun doing it.
