About the role:


The Vendor Contract Manager supports the GroupM Global Legal function based in London and works across central teams and all global markets.

This person will be one of a team of [3] ( two in London and one in APAC) responsible for keeping comprehensive and accurate records of all contracts and ensuring that the business has access to information about such contracts.

It will also be responsible for triaging administrative requests into the Global Legal function, providing access to legal self-help notes, templates and other resources as well as providing support in completing templates for contracts and information requests.


Based in KL
The role reports to the global media legal team

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Advice on completion of template legal forms
  • Coordinate with WPP Legal operations team to operate the contract management system and ensure key GroupM documents are uploaded.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate and track the negotiation and signature of contracts with global vendors and ensure agreement of consistent terms.
  • Provide guidance and support to the business on the existence of signed contracts across different markets.
  • Provide high level guidance on the rights and obligations arising under signed contracts.
  • Review and analyze vendor policies to track equivalency to company policies.
  • Help to maintain the GroupM legal intranet pages

Qualifications

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate well with a wide range of people across different markets
  • Ability to build network within complex organisation
  • Proactive problem solver who works collaboratively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ideally also contract management software (Conga)
