1) Lead a group of operators to achieve shiftly output, quality, cycle time, WIP management.

2) Responsible for shift productivity, machine utilization, and work toward overall improvement.

3) Monitor volume and quality of output by adjust tasks, lot setups, to ensure resources used efficiently.

4) Responsible for headcount and OT planning, and drive for high 5S quality in production.

5) Accountable to operators compliance to work instruction and process flow in production.

6) Accountable for operators tardiness and discipline issue.

7) To cultivate and ensure operators follow good manufacturing practices in production floor.
