Asset Management Executive

  • Establish a comprehensive system for tracking and recording all company assets, including physical and digital assets.
  • Maintain accurate asset records, including asset descriptions, serial numbers, locations, and ownership details.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of assets.
  • Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair activities, working closely with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Monitor asset performance and address any issues or breakdowns promptly to minimize disruptions to operations.
  • Generate regular reports on asset utilization, performance, and maintenance activities for management review.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize asset allocation and usage.
  • Assist in developing procedures and guidelines for asset management.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in asset management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of asset management principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Problemsolving mindset and ability to make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge in Broadcast/Production equipment will be an added advantage.

Job Types:
