Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of finance and overseeing team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee preparation and submission of Group consolidated reports and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Responsible for internal controls, audit and tax processes for the Group.
  • Participate in analytical review of monthly and yearly management accounts with the management team.
  • Perform in adhoc projects and assignments as and when required.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Possess Degree in Accounting/Finance or professionally qualified accountant ie. ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CIMA, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant financial reporting, consolidation, and people management experience, preferably with a career foundation in external audit.
  • Possess strong critical thinking, people management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English.
