Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Executive to join our team at TIME's Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with subsidiary accountants and executives to prepare monthly financial statements, analysis, and summary of project status reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with subsidiary accountants and executives to prepare monthly financial statements, analysis, and summary of project status reports.
  • Assist in preparing group consolidation and financial analytical review accurately and completely.
  • Assist in drafting of Bursa Quarterly Reports and Interim Progress Report with its relevant workings and supporting.
  • Assist with coordination of Board meetings and prepare other Board papers including but not limited to related party transactions and share trading activity report.
  • Assist to draft consolidated financial statements for auditors' review and ensure subsidiaries audited financial statement are prepared in compliance standards and accuracy.
  • Assist with the preparation of the Annual Report.
  • Assist to ensure company's accounting records are complied with Company's policies, related tax, statutory and Bursa requirements.
  • Liaise with external auditors, internal auditors, company secretaries, tax agents, and any other consultants as required.
  • Any other ad hoc task as assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent.
  • Accounting Professional Qualification (ACCA, ICAEW, CPA, etc) would be highly preferred.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field, preferably with auditing background and in property industry.
  • Knowledge in Group Consolidation, MFRS, IFRS, Corporate Reporting, and Bursa's Main Market Listing Requirements.
  • Possess proven skills in conducting analytical reviews, and in working under strict deadline.
