Assistant Director

- Provide support to General Manager requests as needed and assigned
- Perform all tasks assigned by the General Manager
- Provide support and encouragement to all team members
- Attend staff meetings and provide feedback
- Provide assistance with any special projects as needed
- Communicates with community member regarding propertyrelated issues.
- Work with the director to coordinate and supervise daily operations
- Maintain scheduling of events and represent the company when needed
- Create reports and submit them to the director or other executives
- Fulfill duties as assigned by the director
- Travel to other site office as needed
- Bachelor degree in related field
- At least 23 years of experiences in property management
- Excellent verbal communication, and the ability to convey important information clearly and effectively
- Strong leadership and initiative
- Excellent delegator and mediator
- People person, able to provide excellent customer service
- Quick decisionmaking and problemsolving abilities
- Excellent time management
- Responsible, goal oriented and organized
- Strong attention to detail and able to multitask
- Confident, proactive and willing to take on workplace challenges
- Great listening skills and able to take direction from individuals in higherlevel positions
- Able to work independently
Pay:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
