Requirements
- Preferable with 2 years' working experience.
- Knowledge in event, marketing and social media will be added advantage.
- Extremely organized with good communication skills, proactive and positive attitude.
- Flexible, adaptable and able to work in fastpaced environment.
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing in English and Mandarin
- Willing to travel when needed.
Responsibility
- Managing the director's schedule and calendar, including arranging meetings and appointments, marketing events etc.
- Coordinating and organizing events and projects.
- Liaising with others colleague to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Providing support to the director in various tasks such as preparing presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Handling social media posting and monitoring digital marketing team
Salary:
RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
