JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Handle daytoday matters and provide efficient support for administration processes.
  • To carry out admin / sales & marketing duties.
  • Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
  • Maintain proper filing system.
  • Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
  • Answers questions from clients about product and service benefits
  • Maintains excellent relationships with clients
  • To undertake other responsibilities and duties assigned from time to time by management
  • Support superior in various marketing projects.
  • Compose and post online content on the company's social media accounts.
  • Updating databases, spreadsheets, mailing lists, etc.

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant or Marketing Admin Assistant.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Diploma in Administration, Business Management and other related courses.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM1, RM1,800.00 per month
