**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**
- Handle day-to-day matters and provide efficient support for administration processes.
- To carry out admin / sales & marketing duties.
- Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
- Maintain proper filing system.
- Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
- Answers questions from clients about product and service benefits
- Maintains excellent relationships with clients
- To undertake other responsibilities and duties assigned from time to time by management
- Support superior in various marketing projects.
- Compose and post online content on the company's social media accounts.
- Updating databases, spreadsheets, mailing lists, etc.

**Requirements and Skills**
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant or Marketing Admin Assistant.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Diploma in Administration, Business Management and other related courses.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
