Responsibilities:

  • Organising, arrange meetings and appointments (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
  • Develop and maintain company manuals system
  • Make travel arrangement and directors schedules

Salary:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
