Completar las tareas de cierre, como almacenar toda la mercadería reutilizable, desarmar la mercadería, limpiar todos los equipos y las áreas, guardar los equipos donde corresponda, cerrar los refrigeradores con llave, reponer artículos, apagar las luces, cerrar las puertas con llave y completar la lista de control de la limpieza diaria.

Organizar, abastecer y mantener las áreas de trabajo. Inspeccionar la limpieza y presentación de la porcelana, la cristalería y la platería antes de usarla. Mantener la limpieza de las áreas de trabajo durante todo el día mediante un procedimiento de limpieza constante.


Cumplir con todas las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad de la compañía; informar cualquier problema de mantenimiento, peligros para la seguridad, accidentes o lesiones; completar la capacitación y certificaciones sobre seguridad.

Asegurarse de que tanto el uniforme como la apariencia personal sean pulcros y profesionales. Mantener la privacidad de la información propiedad de la compañía; proteger sus bienes. Agarrar, dar vuelta y manipular objetos de varios tamaños y pesos, lo que requiere habilidades motrices finas y buena coordinación entre las manos y los ojos.
