Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Facilities Management:

  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the treatment center, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients and staff.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff and external contractors for repairs, renovations, and routine maintenance tasks.
  • Manage facility budgets, including forecasting expenses and ensuring costeffective operations.
  • Implement and maintain health, safety, and environmental regulations and policies.
  • Ensure all equipment and treatment areas are in optimal condition and comply with industry standards.
  • Monitor and improve the client experience by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and ambiance.

Sales Management:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, corporate wellness programs, and community events.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team, providing training and support to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze sales data to track performance, identify trends, and make datadriven decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and special offers to drive sales.

Customer Service:

  • Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitor client feedback and implement improvements to enhance the client experience.
  • Conduct client consultations and provide information about treatments, services, and packages.

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain accurate records of facility operations, sales, and client interactions.
  • Prepare regular reports on facility conditions, sales performance, and customer feedback.
  • Assist with hiring, training, and supervising staff members.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary education is a preference but not a must.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management and sales, preferably within the wellness or healthcare industry.
  • Good understanding of Ayurvedic principles and treatments is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of facility management.
