  • Warranty SOP process (claim submission, claim approval, warranty storage, warranty documentation requirements) implementation according to Nissan principal requirements.
  • Workshop technical support coordination with HQ if needed.
  • New model launch aftersales support preparation.
  • NSC spare part support
  • NSC reporting

Indochina Aftersales Support Departmental reporting tasks:

  • Coordinate and assist department on any routine reporting.
  • Assist department manager on preparation of adhoc/project reporting.
  • Assist department manager on validating submitted reporting.

IT support administrative tasks:

  • Assist department/project lead to roll out any new system.
  • Assist department/project on system change request and testing.
  • Assist department to maintain the system upkeep.
  • Coordinate with IT for any reported system issue.
  • Coordinate with IT for any required departmental reporting.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, automotive or equivalent.
  • At least 35 years or more of Service Centre workshop experience.
  • Able to communicate and write proficiently in English and Mandarin.
  • IT savvy and Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. (Preferably who can do excel functions such as Pivot and min. excel formulae).
  • Willing to learn and take on new challenges and a keen sense for business accounting management.
  • Openminded and able to work in a multicultural environment.

Salary:
RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
