Responsibilities

  • Handling sales order from customer's platform
  • Handling deliver docket and send to respective logistics partner
  • Handling PO issuance
  • Check and match invoice against relevant document and data entry for AP section
  • Reconciliation with customer's payment
  • Provide administration support.
  • Assist other adhoc duties as required

Qualifications

  • 1 or 2 years working experience in audit, tax, accounting or commercial line but fresh graduate is also encourage to apply
  • Required skills): MS Office (Basic level)
  • Basic double entry is a must
  • Experienced in Quickbook or Business Center is an added advantage

Salary:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Iskandar Puteri: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
