Account Assistant

Responsibilities
- Handling sales order from customer's platform
- Handling deliver docket and send to respective logistics partner
- Handling PO issuance
- Check and match invoice against relevant document and data entry for AP section
- Reconciliation with customer's payment
- Provide administration support.
- Assist other adhoc duties as required
Qualifications
- 1 or 2 years working experience in audit, tax, accounting or commercial line but fresh graduate is also encourage to apply
- Required skills): MS Office (Basic level)
- Basic double entry is a must
- Experienced in Quickbook or Business Center is an added advantage
Salary:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
