Responsibilities

  • Screening telephone calls, managing schedules, coordinating appointment and meetings for COO.
  • Managing travel arrangements including flights, visas, hotels, transfers and travel itineraries.
  • Organising meetings, taking minutes and follow
- up on action items after meetings.

  • Monitor and followup on lease renewals and arrange for meeting involving landlords and internal stakeholders.
  • Preparing reports, presentation, other documents and ensure they are accurate and wellwritten.
  • Generating reports using BI, SAP and MS Office.
  • Coordinating projects including liaising with project teams, monitor project timelines and progress, and ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Maintaining proper filing system and record keeping.
  • Assisting with general administration support; photocopying, printing, scanning, typing, couriers, maintaining contact database.

Requirement

  • Minimum 23 years work experience in secretarial or administrations role.
  • Excellent in MS Excel, Words, Power Point and experience in generating business intelligent report using SAP would be an advantage.
  • Good communication and written skills in English and BM.
  • Highly organised, maintains confidentiality, meticulous and attention to detail and able to work in a fast paced environment.
