Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans for Play Group and Kinder Group, aligned with the Malaysian educational standards and guidelines.
  • Design and create ageappropriate learning materials, resources, and activities to support the curriculum.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of curriculum effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other staff members to integrate curriculum goals and objectives into daily classroom practices.
  • Provide training, support, and guidance to teachers on curriculum implementation and instructional strategies.
  • Stay updated on current trends, research, and best practices in early childhood education, and incorporate innovative ideas into the curriculum.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents, and communicate effectively about curriculum goals, activities, and student progress.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures governing early childhood education in Malaysia.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in curriculum development and planning, preferably in a preschool or early childhood education setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the Malaysian Early Childhood Education Curriculum Framework and other relevant educational standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Creative and innovative thinker, with a passion for creating engaging and stimulating learning experiences for young children.
  • Detailoriented and organized, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Fluency in both English and Malay languages, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
