Job Descriptions:

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Provide uptodate product and service information to customers
  • Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
  • Escalate customer issues to the appropriate department or manager as needed

Requirements:

  • Mandarin & Cantonese skills is a MUST (Write, Speak, Read)
  • SPM & Above
  • Willing to work 24/7 shifts

Salary:
RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
