Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and follow up on leads.
  • Conduct sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate pricing and service agreements with clients to close deals.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting customer relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Regularly update clients on shipment status and proactively address any potential delays or issues.

Freight Coordination:

  • Coordinate with internal departments (
    operations, sales, and customer service) to ensure timely and accurate shipment processing.
  • Prepare and review shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.
  • Monitor shipments and communicate with carriers to track and ensure the smooth transit of goods.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure all shipments comply with international and domestic regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all transactions and communications.
  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), sales targets, and organizational goals, including report preparation and data analysis as required by the HOD.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate

Contract length: 12 months

Pay:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
