  8. Ensure financial stability and sustainability, including overseeing revenue cycle management, cost control, and financial performance.
  9. Foster an environment that attracts, retains, and motivates top talent.
  10. Lead the organization through crises, such as pandemics, natural disasters, or financial challenges.
  11. Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats.

Requirement :

  1. Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Operations or other related field, an MBA
  2. Minimum of 10 – 15 years of experience in Operation Management, with at least 5years in a Senior Leadership role in healthcare setting
  3. Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with ability intrepret data and make informed decisions
  4. Familiarity with industry specific regulations, trends& best practices
