Salary

RM 2,800 - RM 4,400


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in handling incoming calls and walk in guests/suppliers/vendors.
  • Receiving and delegating the incoming couriers/parcels/letters/correspondence/ documents to the respective recipients.
  • Check, verify and administer overtime claims, standby allowances, per diem claims, commission for payroll processing.
  • Submit a monthly payroll register to Senior HR for checking and approval before sending to the bank.
  • Assist in recruitment activities within the company, from drafting of advertisements to interview arrangements.
  • Able to engage with employees/colleagues at all times.

Requirements:

1)
Diploma/Degree holder in Administration and Management.
2)
Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
3)
With a minimum 1-2 years of experience in Administration and
Human Resource Management.
4) Possess effective organizational and follow up skills, paying attention to details.

Salary:
RM2, RM4,400.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Fixed shift
  • Monday to Friday
