HR & Admin Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Qualifications:
- Completion of a Diploma or Degree in Administration and Management
- Minimum of 12 years' experience in administration and human resource management
Skills Required:
- Effective organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in managing administrative tasks and followup procedures
Key Responsibilities:

Administration:_
- Manage incoming calls and attend to visitors, suppliers, and vendors
- Distribute incoming mail, parcels, and documents to the respective recipients
- Source office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring costeffective procurement
- Supervise office cleanliness, maintenance, and oversee repairs and equipment upkeep
- Maintain accurate documentation and organize softcopy filing systems
- Maintain staff contact lists and monitor attendance against timekeeping systems
- Handle staff medical and dental claims accurately
Human Resource:_
a) Payroll and Leave Management:
- Accurately administer monthly payroll, tax submissions, and other related reports
- Verify and process staff claims for overtime, allowances, and commissions
- Monitor and manage staff annual leave balances and generate necessary reports
b) Recruitment and Selection:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including drafting advertisements and coordinating interviews
- Ensure proper documentation and approvals for recruitment activities
- Strive to fill vacancies within a 60day timeframe
- Conduct initial orientation for new hires and maintain updated employee records
c) Employee Engagement:
- Foster positive relationships and effective communication across all staff levels
- Address employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies and regulations
d) Other Duties:
- Maintain employee records, oversee employment contracts, and handle orientation processes
- Assist the Group HR Manager in special projects and other HRrelated matters
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Salary:
RM2, RM3,800.00 per month
