**職位描述**
- 回覆客戶詢問,例如訂艙、CRO、船期表、班輪自由時間申請、請求豁免滯期費/滯留等。
- 向承運商提交包含貨運詳細資訊的預訂,並及時向客戶發布預訂確認資訊。
- 監控預訂以避免最後一刻取消和產生費用。
- 監控出口貨櫃的移動。
- 透過指定的貨運代理 (FA) 監控出口清關。
- 監控從客戶到班輪的運輸指示和原始提單以避免處罰。
- 監控進口整箱貨件。
- 監控進口貨件拼箱貨件。
- 準備每月的船期表並提供給客戶。
- 準備報價單和投標文件(如果有)。
- 更新指定文件中的貨件詳細資料。
- 監控日常文件收集、發送以及現金定期付款的提交。

**要求**
- 至少擁有物流/運輸專業文憑/高級/高級/研究生文憑/學士學位/研究生文憑/專業學位或同等學歷。
- 具有出色的有效口頭和書面溝通、演示和分析能力。
- 所需語言:馬來語、華語、英語
- 所需技能:Microsoft Office
- 最好是專門從事運輸/物流/供應鏈/貨運代理或同等專業的初級管理人員。
- 2年相關領域的工作經驗將是額外的優勢。
- 鼓勵應屆畢業生申請。
