Responsibilities:

  • Renew office infrastructure service contracts and coordination of service arrangement eg. Air conditioner, pest control, canteen and grocery, vending machines, water & air purifier, and etc.
  • Booking and coordination of any accommodation and transportation arrangement for staff from outstation or expatriate.
  • Issue PR, coordination with procurement on any orders and maintain Company's property record and its movement.
  • Assist on onboarding process including orientation.
  • Assist on FW passport & permit renewal or resignation process, FOMEMA arrangement, bank opening & update arrangement.
  • Assist to update FW renewal documents in HR System & SOCSO.
  • Handling FW holidays arrangement & movement update.
  • Handling petty cash management.
  • Coordination work on festival, birthday, and others event.
  • Assist on general insurance claim submission.
  • Any other job function assigned and new responsibilities as may be added as and when necessary from time to time.
