Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate office/school activities and operations including social media accounts' content preparations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Promote the profile of the Kindergarten as a whole to external audiences through school/ company's Social Media Platforms
  • Attend to parent enquiry on WhatsApp/messaging/enrolment calls
  • Front office duties such as engaging with walkin parents, attending to feedback, handling complaints and other enquiries

  • Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for Kindergarten services on a variety of media (social, print etc.)

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of working experiences in the related field is required for this position; open for fresh grads with related experience in Office Management/ Design are welcomed.

  • Loves working with kids.
  • Immediate starter is preferred.
