  • Lead the development of the local digital strategy and plans.
  • Collaborate with brand teams to create annual local media investment strategies, prioritizing budgets based on business strategies.
  • Build local brand social accounts, strategy, and content management framework.
  • Elevate content strategy and develop content strategists to manage various writing materials.
  • Stay updated on industryrelated news and generate ideas around trending topics
  • Liaising with multiple stakeholders from Local / Regional / Global teams to drive progress of various projects and achieve set objectives.
  • Organizing and allocating time & resources across projects.
  • Understanding the market indepth to ensure relevance and effectiveness of the digital initiatives.
  • Develop and execute effective digital plans to achieve set business objectives within the approved budget.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree required; postgraduation in business/management/marketing/IT/Digital is a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in digital leadership positions.
  • Solid understanding of digital & social media, content marketing, mobile marketing, CRM, ecommerce, and martech ecosystems.
  • Datadriven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience in using advanced analytics methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Adobe stacks, Google, FB, Tiktok, LinkedIn ecosystems, and mobile marketing platforms.
  • Flexible, detailoriented, and capable of working with teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, influencing capabilities, project management skills, and the ability to work independently.
