As a E-Commerce Business Analyst, you will identify and translate business demands into product requirements.

You will engage stakeholders to ensure the product team is receiving necessary inputs by gathering, defining and prioritizating requirements with key stakeholders.


In this role, you will also:

  • Advise on potential savings and revenue generating initiatives
  • Drive the PO transformation of processes, offers, pricing within the sales department and our partners based on key data driven insights
  • Periodically define and elaborate key insights from data driven activities
  • Drive the collection and refinement of financial information from digital products and organization to deploy the monthly PnL statement
  • Derive critical opportunities based on consumer market trends and 2nd party data and build a sound business case on the potential together with the relevant department
  • Work ahead of the product team to elicit requirements for the next sprint's stories
  • Break down, decompose and describe business needs into stories
  • Translates business needs into product backlogs, user stories, detailed business requirements documents and use cases
  • Define and own the value definition of stories and complete user stories with acceptance criteria

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Familiarity with multiple technologies, business analysis tools, development methods and systems, and a basic understanding of programming languages
  • Understands complex business processes and is able to document them in a logical and comprehensible manner
  • Experience with Agile ways of working
  • Able to translate analysis and conclusions into actionable recommendations
