We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Executive to join our team at WELLESTA TRUELIFE SDN BHD. As an E-Commerce Executive, you will be responsible for enhancing sales on platforms like Facebook e-store, Shopee, and Lazada using data analytics.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute E-Commerce Strategies
Develop and execute strategies to enhance our visibility, sales, and brand presence on Facebook e-store, Shopee, and Lazada, leveraging data analytics insights.
Manage Product ListingsManage the end-to-end process of product listing, from creation to optimization, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing, while tracking performance metrics.
Utilize Data AnalyticsUtilize advanced analytics tools and techniques to track and analyze key performance metrics, such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and ROI on each platform.
Generate Actionable InsightsGenerate actionable insights from data analysis to drive continuous improvement and inform decision-making across e-commerce operations, collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and product teams.
Monitor and Assess Marketing InitiativesMonitor and assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, promotions, and advertising campaigns on each e-commerce platform, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Stay Up-to-Date with Industry TrendsStay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in e-commerce analytics, exploring new tools and methodologies to enhance our capabilities and drive competitive advantage.
Provide Regular ReportsProvide regular reports and insights to management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and opportunities for growth.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or related field.
Strong E-Commerce ExperienceStrong experience in e-commerce, especially on Facebook e-store, Shopee, and Lazada, with a focus on data analytics.
Proficiency in ToolsProficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and platform-specific analytics.
Excellent Analytical and Communication SkillsExcellent analytical and communication skills.
Familiarity with SEO and Digital Marketing TechniquesFamiliarity with SEO and digital marketing techniques is a plus.
