Sports Direct Malaysia is currently looking for E-com Account Manager for Zalora & TikTok to join our growing team.

We have developed a new generation of stores as part of our multi channel elevation strategy, to enhance the customer experience at every step of the journey. The stores are uniquely zoned by key sports categories which include; SD Football, SD Running, SD Training (fitness, cross training, gym equipment, weights, boxing, yoga), SD Rackets (badminton, tennis, squash), SD Swimming (pool, beach, water sports), SD Sports (basketball, rugby, extreme games, cycling, skates & indoor games), SD Lifestyle (Men, Women & Kids) & SD Outdoor (Hiking, trekking, camping & fishing).

**Job Description**:
**Commercial strategist**

Develop, monitor and manage an assigned portfolio of brands/account on the marketplaces platform. Formulate a sound commercial portfolio strategy, including range and pricing, and ensure key accounts to hit their sales targets Evaluate performance on a daily, weekly and month basis to further optimize product, pricing and promotion decisions, as well as marketing spend Plan, manage and execute Campaign Management with details (KPI, ROI, ROAS, Target audience & etc).

**Relationship**

Establish strong relationships with SD partners (Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, TiktokShop & etc), and support our activities on marketplaces platform Support SD’s partners in their store launches, sales campaigns and brand events Coordinate with other internal teams to ensure adequate support in areas like supply chain, customer service and marketing; ensure changes in our business create win-win scenarios for SD & business partners.

**Skilled consultant**

Curate comprehensive trend knowledge and industry insights to drive category success Develop channel marketing and promotions plans. Coach sellers in maximizing yield from our platform, and internal teams on optimal seller support

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in e-commerce, retail or business development role.
- Strong business judgment backed by analytical mindset and comfort generating and evaluating various forecasts, metrics, and analyses.
- Innovative problem-solving skills; dissecting root causes of problems and implementing solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with proven ability to represent your organization in external meetings.
- Demonstrated ability to influence others, multi-tasking and meeting deadlines
- A self-starter, takes ownership and passionate in driving results - comfortable in fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
- Passionate in improving both customer and seller excellence.
- Team spirit and enthusiasm in daily development growth.
