We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Analyst to join our team at Roche. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in overseeing and performing analytical and conceptual activities to ensure the success of our solution portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our business groups to drive consistency and standardization across SAP SD and SAP Hybris Commerce solutions.
  • Interact with project teams and IT groups to ensure seamless implementation and support of our solutions.
  • Develop and maintain roadmaps aligned with business strategies and technology trends.
  • Provide technical and business leadership to achieve the vision and results of our roadmaps.
  • Expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and SAP Hybris Commerce is essential.
Requirements
  • At least 5-7 years of relevant functional experience with project implementation and support experience in SAP SD and SAP Hybris Commerce.
  • Preferably someone with functional experience in both SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in SAP SD processes and its integration to other SAP functional modules.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in SAP SD and LE configuration.
  • Experience working with IT Run & Maintain tools such as ServiceNow and SAP Solution Manager.
  • Strong stakeholder management and business consultancy skills.
