We are looking for a sales leader to join the USANA's Malaysia sales team as a sales executive.

In this position, you will assist the team in executing programs that enhance the company's relationship with its independent distributors including, but not limited to, training, recognition, and motivational programs, so that they can effectively promote USANA's products and business opportunity.


What You Will Do as a USANA Sales Executive

  • Support the director and manager in organizing company events, associates' training, recognition programs, incentive trips, and other associate activities.
  • Maintain close contact with independent associates and identified leaders to enhance their sense of belonging to the USANA family.
  • Assist distributors in developing training materials and presentation files, if needed. This includes executing training programs for distributors at different levels of skill and seniority within USANA, both at our office and during roadshows.
  • Coordinate company events, associates' training, recognition programs, incentive tours, and other associate activities.
  • Support the manager in coordinating outsourcing and vendor activities.
  • Responsible for vendor sourcing, negotiation, and coordination.
  • Assist the manager in organizing and coordinating online and social mediarelated events, training, and elearning.
  • Prepare PowerPoint materials for open meetings and recognition events. Communicate with the field about any sales activities, provide excellent service to our members, and keep them abreast of company news and directions.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department to organize prospecting events, such as product launches, health fairs, and "open days," to enhance opportunities for associates to invite friends to learn about USANA.
  • Assist in aligning sales strategies, creating sales promotions to accomplish sales targets, and updating business and advancement reports.
  • Update sales, business, rank advancement, incentive qualification, and promotion reports, analyze weekly performance, and provide insights on a weekly basis.
  • Travel domestically and internationally on weekends and nights as required at USANA events.
  • Provide General Administrative support to team.
  • Perform other duties or ad hoc projects as assigned or needed.

Background and Skills You Will Need

  • Excellent command of written and spoken of English, Mandarin & Malay language
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, healthrelated science, or related field required.
  • Minimum 3 years' working experience.
  • Ability to interface with associates and employees at all levels.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, possess a mature attitude and good team player.
  • Friendly, confident, with a highly positive outlook.
  • Well organized, articulate, detailoriented, have an eye for details, handson and results oriented.
